面試寶典：如何回答“你從錯(cuò)誤中學(xué)到什么”

　　When asked the job interview question "What have you learned from your mistakes?" one way to respond is to give an example that turn a negative (a mistake) into a positive。

　　面試中遇到這樣的問(wèn)題“你從錯(cuò)誤中學(xué)到了什么？” ，有一種回答的方式是舉出一個(gè)使得消極影響(一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤)轉(zhuǎn)化為積極影響的例子。

　　Examples of good responses include:

　　好的回答的例子包括：

　　1. I think one of the most important things I've learned is persistence. Not to give up too soon, because the solution is probably right in front of me。

　　1. 我認(rèn)為我學(xué)到的其中一件重要的事是堅(jiān)持不懈。不要太早放棄，因?yàn)榻鉀Q的方法很可能已經(jīng)近在咫尺了。

　　2. I have learned to give every person a second chance, because first impressions can often be misleading。

　　3. I used to think that there was one best solution to a problem, but I&0#39;ve learned that that kind of thinking limits the possibility of great success。

　　Everyone makes mistakes. It happens. It's fine to share your mistakes during an interview as long as you are clear that you have learned from it. However, it&0#39;s a good idea to not mention a mistake that would be critical for success in the new position。

　　每個(gè)人都會(huì)犯錯(cuò)誤。這是司空見(jiàn)慣的。在面試中分享你的錯(cuò)誤經(jīng)歷沒(méi)什么不好，只要你明白你從中得到什么教訓(xùn)。然而，不提及錯(cuò)誤是個(gè)好主意，它會(huì)是成功爭(zhēng)取到新職位的關(guān)鍵。

　 If you're asked to give an example of a mistake that you have learned from, give an example from your last position that isn't specifically related to the job requirements for the new position. It's also a good idea to mention something that is relatively minor.

　　Explain, as well, what you learned from the mistake and what you did to ensure it won’t happen again。
